Tea party versus coffee party
April 20, 2010 · Updated 12:22 PM
I would like to say that not everyone that you see as a “liberal” makes fun of the Tea Party. Labeling is an exercise that limits conversation.
I am a member of the Coffee Party. I see some of the same things you do from a different perspective. I believe I am a citizen of this country, and I support a government that acts in the interest of the citizenry and not the elite or corporations. Our government has been hijacked, as our media has been. We are not getting good information from any commercial media outlet. They are owned by too few people. It is critical that we have an independent media, and we no longer do.
