Mercer Island upends Tacoma for third straight win | Girls lacrosse

The Mercer Island girls lacrosse team earned it's third straight win of the season on Wednesday night, beating Tacoma 22-6.
Mercer Island had a strong lead, up nine points at half time, and earned another eight goals in the second half to secure the victory.
Tyler Sherper had five goals during the win, while Sydney Tomlinson had four goals, Elena Skouras had four goals, Madison Blackburn had four goals and Erica Eagan made seven saves for the Islanders.
The team will travel to Lakeside on Friday, March 25 and hosts Eastside Catholic Thursday, March 31 with a 4:30 p.m. start time.
