The 12U Dragons baseball team recently won the Wenatchee Triple Crown season opener tournament. The team includes four Mercer Island students, including: Eric Dreyer, Justin Myers, Luke Boxsem and Scott Ramseyer.

The 12U Dragons baseball team recently won the Wenatchee Triple Crown season opener tournament. The team includes four Mercer Island students, including: Eric Dreyer, Justin Myers, Luke Boxsem and Scott Ramseyer.

The 12U Dragons team played in the Wenatchee games on April 9-10. The team won all give games, earning the No. 1 seed out of pool play and winning the championship over Seattle Select Black on Sunday, April 10 with a 9-6 score.

The win allows the team to qualify for the 12U World Series in Park City, Utah in July.
