The Mercer Island Yankees majors team recently won the Bellevue Mercer Island City Championship. The Mercer Island Little League majors team, the Yankees, recently won the Bellevue-Mercer Island City Tournament. The MI Yankees were undefeated, winning the title over the BW Rays in the championship game, 5-3. It’s the fourth consecutive year that a Mercer Island majors team has won the tournament.
