The Mercer Island 8U baseball team recently took second place at the Mount Si BPA Classic.

The Mercer Island 8U baseball team recently took second place in the Mount Si BPA Classic. The tournament was hosted by the North Bend Knuckleballers in Issaquah.

The team includes: Nathan Buchan, Mason Bull, Ben Davis, Evan Dickstein, Marco Faine, Kalvin Lee, Michael Lee, Elias Malakoff, Max Malakoff, Jack Mattox, Paul Noone, Tripp White, and Teagan Yuasa. The Islanders are coached by Mike Dickstein, Steve Mattox and Peter Noone.
