Three Mercer Island girls lacrosse players recently helped their team to the girls seniors 7/8 title at the Sammamish Shoot-Out on July 2.

Sally Carroll, Katie Harris and Hannah Paborsky, along with two players from Bainbridge Island, won the title. They played five games of 3-on-3 lacrosse and went undefeated to win the tournament.

All of the girls on the team play on the U15 regional team, which will be attending the National Girls Lacrosse tournament in Florida starting this weekend, July 17.
