MIFC girls win third Nike Crossfire Cup title | Sports brief

The MIFC girls U15 soccer team recently won their third straight Nike Crossfire Cup.
The team beat the host team, Crossfire Farzeen, 1-0 in the title game of the gold division.
During the weekend tournament, the team also beat Crossfire Parley and tied with a team from Portland before beating the Puget Sound Slammers.
The team will be playing in the Starfire FieldTurf Cup in November.
The team includes: head coach Bryan Mazza, Carter Gwinn, Marissa Tuttle-Roache, Katherine Vetter, Sarah Walters, Ashlyn Reid, Karissa Shapard, Sophie Oscar, Joelle Antilla, assistant coach Reed Atkin, Sylvie Dorney, Julia Meade, Amanda Tsang, Nazarena Hernandez, Adrienne Suhm, Elle Giampapa and Anna Weiss.
