Bellevue blanks Mercer Island | Prep fastpitch results

In the first game after break, Bellevue’s fastpitch team blanked Mercer Island 10-0 in KingCo action.

The Wolverines were up 2-0 at the end of the first, followed by two more runs in the second. Neither team made the run around the bases for the next three inninngs, until Bellevue added six runs in the bottom of the sixth inning.

Mercer Island had no hits during the game and one error, while Bellevue had 12 hits and no errors.

The Islanders travel to play Juanita on Tuesday, April 10 at 4:30 p.m.
