Interlake beats Mercer Island by eight | Prep fastpitch results

During a league game on Tuesday afternoon, Interlake’s fastpitch team beat Mercer Island by eight runs, for a 10-2 final score.

The Saints scored four in the first inning, and would go on to add six more before the end of the fifth inning. The Islanders scored in the bottom of the second, and the bottom of the fourth to avoid the shutout.

The Islanders will travel to Mount Si on Thursday, April 26 for a 4:30 p.m. KingCo game.
