Mount Si blanks Mercer Island | Prep baseball results

For the second time this season, Mount Si beat Mercer Island without the Islanders scoring a single run. Mount Si beat the Islanders on Tuesday night at Island Crest Park 11-0.
The Wildcats, who earlier this season beat the Islanders 1-0, were up 3-0 at the end of the first inning. The teams battled it out for three scorless innings, but Mount Si added three more runs in the top of the fifth, with another five in the sixth to take the win.
Moun Si had 11 runs on six hits and one errors, while Mercer Island had three hits and one error.
The Islanders will travel to Interlake on Wednesday, April 25 for a 4:30 p.m. game before hosting Liberty on Friday, April 27 at 6 p.m.
