Fastpitch team takes fourth at state tournament | Sports brief

The Flame Fastpitch team, a team playing the 10U bracket at the state tournament in the Tri-Cities, finished fourth overall.

The NSA State tournament featured 12 teams from across Washington. The team finished 4-2 overall.

The Flame 10U team is coached by Taia Walters, who is assisted by Steve Olynyk.

The team includes: Andie Pillsbury, Angelina Barokas, Emily Rowe, Hannah Kelley and Natalie Wilson from Mercer Island.
