Mercer Island blocks Juanita | Prep volleyball

The Mercer Island volleyball team picked up it’s sixth win of the season on Tuesday evening, beating Juanita in three games.
The Islanders won 25-14, 25-5, 25-17.
During the games, Sara Lindquist had eight kills and two blocks, while Jemma Yeadon posted eight kills for the team. Kris Brackmann added seven kills and Brooke Behrbaum posted six kills and three blocks. Carly Wilson had 16 assists, while teammate Kelly Logie added 13 assists.
The Islanders will travel to Maywood Middle School on Thursday to take on Liberty High School. The game was orginially scheduled to be played at Liberty, but construction moved to match. The games are scheduled to begin at 7 p.m.
