Mercer Island girls golf program looking for volunteer coaches | Sports brief

The Mercer Island girls golf program is looking for several volunteer assistant coaches.

One or two coaches are needed to help the program, which boasts one of the best records in the state.

The team hosts practices Monday through Thursday after school in the spring at Jefferson Park in Seattle.

Anyone who has a passion for youth golf and is interested in joining should contact head coach Don Papasedero at (206) 719-0492.
