H1 Unlimited and Discovery Studios revealed plans today for a documentary TV series focused on the Air National Guard H1 Unlimited Hydroplane Series.
"We are thrilled to be partnering with Discovery Studios in this venture," said H1 Chairman Sam Cole. "The TV series has the potential to give millions of viewers a true inside look at the spectacle of the world's fastest boats."
In making the announcement, Discovery Studios Executive Producer Daniel Soiseth underscored the "unprecedented behind the scenes access we'll have to the danger, fiercely competitive personalities, and constant conflict that are part of this incredibly colorful sport. This is the stuff that compelling documentary TV is made of."
