Dedication ceremony planned for new Island Crest Park field March 11

The community and baseball enthusiasts are invited to a dedication ceremony on Monday, March 11 at Island Crest Park in honor of the new baseball field.

The event will begin at 4 p.m. just before the first Mercer Island High School home game of the season against Kennedy.

Members of the MIHS baseball booster club, coaches and members of the City's Parks and Recreation Department will be on hand to celebrate the new field.

The baseball game against Kennedy is set to begin at 4:30 p.m.
