Mercerwood Shore Club repeats as Midlakes champion

Once again, the Mercerwood Shore Club has claimed the Midlakes league title, this time tying for first place to win the 2013 championship on Saturday, July 20.

The championships were held at the King County Aquatic Center in Federal Way, where the Shore Club team finished with 1,786 points for first place, tied with the Newport Hills Swim and Tennis Club.

The Mercer Island Beach Club team was close behind in third place with 1,459 points, while the County Club team finished in 11th place with a point total of 569.

The Shore Club also won the Division 1 this season.
