Islanders in Boston Marathon

Nine Islanders posted finishing times in the 113th running of the 26.2-mile Boston Marathon on April 20. They are: Terry Robinson, with a time of 3 hours, 13 minutes, 14 seconds; Rhonda Glass, 3:21:16; Douglas MacLean, 3:28:18; Jeff Newell, 3:30:28; Hunter MacLean, 3:45:04; Gregory Babinski, 3:54:36; Olga Walker, 4:05:25; Jeff Poppe, 4:14:18; and Roger Larson, 4:57:04. The winning times for the marathon this year were 2:08:42 for the men and 2:32:16 for the women.
