Mercerwood Shore Club wins Midlakes title

The Midlake Swim League summer season drew to a close last week, with the B team championships held July 17 and the A team championships held July 24.

In the A team division the top finisher was Mercerwood Shore Club. Winning with 1,736 points, it was the sixth title for Mercerwood in the last seven years.

Mercer Island Beach Club finished second, while the Mercer Island Country Club team was seventh overall.

In the B team division II the Mercer Island Country Club team finished in third place overall, behind Samena Swim and Rec and Klahanie Swim Team. In division I the Mercer Island Beach Club finished fifth overall, ahead of sixth place Mercerwood Shore Club. Edgebrook won the division.
