The MI U12 All Stars fell 3-2 to Auburn in the state competition to finish their season.
MI 12U All Stars fall in title match

After fighting back into the championship bracket, the Mercer Island Little League 12U All Stars fell in the championship game to Auburn 3-2, the team which two days prior had beaten the Islanders. Mercer Island took second place, while Auburn advanced to the regional competition.
