Islanders grapplers compete at Barry Knott Classic

The Mercer Island Islanders wrestling team earned fourth place overall at the Barry Knott Classic on Dec. 15 at Nathan Hale High School in Seattle. Islanders wrestlers who earned second place in their respective weight classes included Connor Pettigrew, Jordan Tillinger, Jack Harper and Colin Farrell. Mercer Island 145-pound wrestler Eli Pruchno earned first place in the 145-pound weight division.
