Kickoff to the 2018 soccer season is on the horizon

Excellence on the soccer field has been a staple of the Mercer Island region for decades.

On Friday, March 2 the community will come together for a soccer extravaganza at Islander Stadium. The community soccer kickoff will take place from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. The event, which is free of charge to the public will consist of a a community soccer game (family game including parents) at 6 p.m. Following the community game, an introduction of the varsity Mercer Island boys soccer team will take place at 7 p.m. The grand finale will feature an inter-squad scrimmage of the Islanders varsity boys soccer team.
