All of these questions, and many others, are answered in the “History of the Mercer Island Recycling Center” display at the Mercer Island Library. The display opened on Oct. 25 and closes at 4 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 5.

Members of the Historical Society will be at the display on Nov. 4 from 2-3 p.m. to share related materials that did not fit into the display and to answer your questions.
