I was hit in the head by an owl (on Aug. 8) in Pioneer Park. I was running through the park around 8:40 p.m. when it happened.

I was hit in the head by an owl (on Aug. 8) in Pioneer Park. I was running through the park around 8:40 p.m. when it happened.

I thought it was a crow so I kept running, but when I looked over my shoulder it was coming at me again and flew right over my head.

Kids, dogs and runners should be careful.
