This is great news! I am a student who recently left for college, and I was disappointed that the Safeway moved out because it would be nice to have another grocery store to frequent. It is nice to know that such a large lot is finally getting developed; it seems like such a waste that it has been left empty. I have high hopes that this new project will continue to expand the commerce in downtown.
