Phil Bennett, conservationist and naturalist safari guide, will discuss “Safaris in Africa” at the Rotary Club of Mercer Island’s in-person meeting on Sept. 6 at the Mercer Island Community and Event Center, 8236 SE 24th St. The main meeting begins at 12:45 pm. Guests are always welcome.

The founder of On Safari-in has spent the majority of his adult life living in some of Africa’s largest and most remote game reserves and national parks, interpreting the wild on photographic and conservation focused safaris in Southern and Eastern Africa.
