City manager gives Island COVID update at meeting

Mercer Island City Manager Jessi Bon informed city councilmembers at their Dec. 1 meeting that the number of confirmed COVID cases on the Island had jumped from 236 to 289 from her last report on Nov. 16 until Dec. 1. Those numbers are according to the Public Health – Seattle & King County website.

“So important, Mercer Island, to stay vigilant, keep each other safe, wear your mask,” Bon said.
