Hardwick will discuss market research at May 2 Rotary meeting

Nancy Hardwick will discuss “What We Learn from Market Research” at the Rotary Club of Mercer Island’s meeting on May 2 at the Mercer Island Community and Event Center, 8236 SE 24th St. The main meeting begins at 12:30 pm. Guests are always welcome.

Market research is more than just customer satisfaction surveys. Hardwick, president of Hardwick Research, will share some of the interesting work she has done over the past 30 years. This includes a project for the Washington State Office of the Attorney General that was recently front page news.

Hardwick, a Mercer Island resident, incorporates both qualitative and quantitative techniques in her practice. As a sought after moderator, skilled listener and effective communicator, she enjoys the challenge of uncovering why people do what they do.

She has served as president of the Qualitative Research Consultants Association and the Puget Sound Research Forum and is currently treasurer for the Pacific Northwest Social Marketing Association.
