IMS students invited to robotics world championship

Islander Middle School robotics Team 98040C — featuring seventh-graders Harry Nguyen, Henry Xing, Kenan Khitib, Brian Kwon, Zevi Danielli and Jeremy Leung — finished in the top six at the 31-team 2023 Washington VRC Middle School Regional Championship State on March 4 at Lake Washington High School and have been invited to the 2023 VEX Robotics World Championship in Dallas, Texas, in April.
