‘Letters to Santa’ will be performed by the Island Girls Choir, with the Prep Choir, the first weekend of December. Second through sixth grades are represented with a total of 132 girls in the performance, directed by Cheryl Falk and Heather Burgess.

The choirs will sing several classical pieces in two- or three-part harmony and then sing and dance more contemporary holiday music, familiar to audience members of all ages.

Performance times are 7 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 1; and 2 and 7 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 2, at Mercer Island High School. Tickets are available at the door for $15.

Island Sound, the older group of girls ages 13 to 18, will be performing “Angels,” Dec. 8-9, at Mercer Island High School.

Dave Ross, a KIRO-FM talk show host, is reprising his role as ‘God.’

“He is amazing and such a wonderful performer,” Marsha Woerner said.
