The apparent hit and run accident took place in New York City around 1:20 a.m. on Broadway. He was reportedly hit while getting out of a cab by a Mercedez-Benz, which did not stop.

According to the Rugby Maganize’s website, he is in critical condition at a New York Hospital.

Bell is an economics and philosophy major at Colubmia University.
