Mercer Island architect and resident Suzanne Zahr’s home will be featured in the Northwest Green Home Tour from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on April 26. This abode is located at 8110 SE 70th St. and is described as: “Beautiful, durable and sustainable, these buildings are designed to comfortably nestle into the sloped site, creating unique indoor/outdoor spaces throughout.” Organized by Northwest EcoBuilding Guild, the event features 12 Seattle homes and one Mercer Island home.
