Randy Novak and DeLano Morgan will discuss SAA Authentic Diversity: “A Look at Diversity, Equity and Inclusion through the Lens of Human Rights and Civil Rights” at the Rotary Club of Mercer Island’s April 13 meeting.

Novak is co-founder and executive director of Shirts Across America and has worked with more than 4,000 high school students and adult volunteers to rebuild New Orleans and Mississippi over the last 14 years.
Morgan is co-creator of Authentic Diversity and has participated on numerous boards of directors. He is constantly sought after by learning institutions and corporations to positively affect change.
Both speakers have worked on massive events honoring the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
