Fraud: A Brook Bay Road resident reported that a scammer hacked their computer and manipulated them into transferring tens of thousands of dollars to the swindler.

Shoplifting: Multiple instances of shoplifting were reported at a business in the 7800 block of Southeast 28th Street.

Reported drug overdose: Officers assisted a fire department unit on a reported drug overdose on a Metro bus parked in the 8000 block of North Mercer Way.

Vehicle theft: A resident reported that someone stole their vehicle from the driveway in the 3600 block of 72nd Place Southeast.

Theft: It was reported that someone broke into a bank of mailboxes in the 9000 block of Southeast 51st Place.
