Feb. 20

Noise annoys: Police officers responded to a loud-music complaint in the 2600 block of 77th Avenue Southeast.

Traffic accident: It was reported that a vehicle struck a barrier in the 8100 block of eastbound Interstate 90. No injuries were reported.

Feb. 19

Disturbance: There were reports of someone screaming in the 2000 block of 80th Avenue Southeast. Police officers contacted the subject, who didn’t want assistance.

Fraud: An incident of credit-card fraud was reported by a resident in the 2700 block of 77th Avenue Southeast.

Feb. 18

Traffic accident: A head-on collision with aid response was reported in the 4600 block of East Mercer Way.

Malicious mischief: Graffiti on park grounds was reported in the 2200 block of West Mercer Way.

Blog concerns: Some residents in the 7400 block of 84th Avenue Southeast reported that they were concerned about comments they read on a blog.

Feb. 17

Fraud: A check scam involving forgery was reported by a resident in the 4600 block of East Mercer Way.

Theft: A mailbox theft was reported in the 7800 block of Southeast 27th Street.

Feb. 15

Disturbance: Sounds of a disturbance were reported in the 3200 block of 80th Avenue Southeast. Police officers were dispatched to the scene, but no assistance was needed.

Fraud: A resident in the 9300 block of Southeast 47th Street reported receiving a check of overpayment for an item, which is a common fraud attempt.
