Ethylnn Florence Quaranta was born Dec. 15, 1931 in Monroe, WA to William and Ethel Davis. She passed away on Nov. 4, 2022 in Bellevue, WA, at the age of 90. Ethylnn graduated from Monroe High School, Class of 1950. She had been a longtime Monroe resident before moving to Mercer Island 55 years ago.

In addition to being a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, she was also an avid golfer and amazing cook. She also enjoyed sewing, traveling, and spending lots of time with her grandchildren. Ethylnn is survived by her loving husband Vito of 67 years, children Marisa MacMillan (David) of Mercer Island, Sue Quaranta of Bellevue, Michele Cashin (Fred) of Redmond, Mike Quaranta (Teri) of Shelton, and Vito J. Quaranta of Bellevue, grandchildren Ryan MacMillan, Sean MacMillan (Meg), Joseph Quaranta (Katie), Lauren Quaranta, and Daniel Quaranta. She was preceded in death by her parents, 3 brothers, and 4 sisters. Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association. org.
