Boys lacrosse vs. Issaquah tonight

The Mercer Island boys lacrosse team will play at Issaquah High School at 7 p.m. during the state semifinals, thanks to a win against Curtis, 17-11, on Friday.

The Islanders were led by Daniel Shields with four goals, while Steven Caditz, Micheal Choe and Doug Mahony each scored three points.

Mercer Island will be playing the Eagles for its fifth trip to the state finals in as many years.

The state championship game will be held on Saturday at Memorial Stadium at the Seattle Center.
