Mercer Island residents complete annual BRI Seafair triathlon

Part of the annual Seafair traditions includes the BRI triathlon, which this year took place on July 21 and started at Seward Park.

Many Islanders took part in the event, including several kids racing in the annual swimming event.

The Olympic distance included 311 finishers with 190 men and 121 women, while the sprint distance included 627 racers, 306 were male and 321 were female.
