A soon-to-be completed Mercer Island home has earned a spot among 25 homes featured in the Bloomberg Businessweek list of 2010 “most expensive new homes.”
The 13,636 square-foot, three-story, seven bedroom, 12 bathroom, waterfront home, located on Boulevard Place, was listed at $32 million in the article; however the current asking price is actually $28 million, according to Kevin Eglin of Coldwell Banker.
The 1.7-acre property, located on the west-side of the Island, includes a 48-foot pool, spa, amphitheater and 164 feet of no-bank shoreline, complete with a dock and boathouse.
Construction is scheduled to be wrap up by the end of September, said broker Wendy Lister.
The other homes listed are located in Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, New Jersey and New York. To view the entire list, visit www.businessweek.com.
