Suspicious activity: A man was spotted peering into backyards and driveways in the 2400 block of 64th Avenue Southeast. When contacted later by police, the man said he was house hunting.

June 12

Theft: Several mailbox thefts were reported in the 9800 block of Southeast 42nd Place.

June 11

Shoplifting: It was reported that a shoplifter snagged approximately $250 in merchandise from a business in the 7700 block of Southeast 27th Street. The thief was later arrested.

Fraud: It was reported that someone attempted to open a mortgage with the social security number of a resident in the 2700 block of 76th Avenue Southeast.

Fraud: A resident in the 4600 block of 84th Avenue Southeast reported that they were a victim of a cryptocurrency scam.

June 10

Harassment: An argument erupted between two employees of a business in the 2900 block of 78th Avenue Southeast.

Noise annoys: A complaint of party noise was issued in the 4100 block of 100th Avenue Southeast.

Theft: A resident in the 7400 block of Southeast 27th Street was scammed when trying to buy a used laptop on a local trading site.

Suspicious activity: A resident in the 7800 block of Southeast 28th Street reported being followed by subjects in an unfamiliar vehicle.

June 9

Vehicle prowl: A vehicle was prowled in the 7500 block of Southeast 28th Street and stolen credit cards were used for purchases.
