The City Council will be holding is annual January retreat this weekend at the CCMV. Councilmembers, city staff and others will discuss upcoming priorities for 2010, from the city budget, to Town Center development and the new Temporary Encampment Ordinance. The retreat is open to the public. The three-day session begins on Friday, Jan. 22 at 5 p.m., then again on Saturday at 8:30 a.m. and on Sunday at 8:30 a.m..
