The Mercer Island City Council will hold a trio of public hearings at its hybrid meeting on July 18. The meeting begins at 5 p.m.
Council will receive comments on:
* Ordinance No. 23C-09 enacting interim regulations that allow local eating and drinking establishments to expand outdoor dining into public rights-of-way (ROW) and private parking spaces.
* Ordinance No. 23C-10 related to interim regulations on permit processing.
* Ordinance No. 23C-11, which renews Ordinance No. 22C-14, interim regulations in Mercer Island City Code 19.16.010 related to emergency shelters and housing, transitional housing, and permanent supportive housing in response to E2SHB 1220.
