Eastside FC GU15 White take top honors at Rush Cup

Mercer Island residents Jennifer Bernardez, Kendall Riley and Paige Robertson helped their girls U15 soccer team Eastside FC White win the gold division at the fourth annual Washington Rush Cup, which took place Aug. 1-3 at Skagit Park in Burlington.

Mercer Island residents Jennifer Bernardez, Kendall Riley and Paige Robertson helped their girls U15 soccer team Eastside FC White win the gold division at the fourth annual Washington Rush Cup, which took place Aug. 1-3 at Skagit Park in Burlington.

The team of ninth-graders, coached by Porter Lombard, went undefeated through three days of competition. In the final, Eastside FC defeated Washington Premier G00 ECNL, 1-0.

Eastside FC GU15 team members include Carly Tudor, Karly Stokes, Joelle Tudor, Jenny Bernardez, Keelin Dillon, Caylee Gilberg, Chloe Young, Jamie Kim, Taylor Montgomery, Paige Robertson, Priya White, Kendall Riley, Taylor Thatcher, Ruby Madrone, Marisa Mestichella, Maddy Favour, Sarah Lewis and Mackenzie Crandall.
