Members of the Mercer Island Sister City Association pose in their chef’s whites during their trip to sister city Thonon-les-Bains in the Haute Savoie region of France. The highlight of the trip was their stay and cooking lessons at the revered L’École Hôtelier Savoie Léman, home of one of the oldest and finest cooking schools in France.
