Islander works with St. Monica students on their "sewing" skills.

Islander, surgeon and St. Monica parent Dr. Michael McMullan of Seattle Children’s Hospital works with St. Monica sixth-grader Ryleigh Iverson and fifth-graders Grant Loyd and Alexander Raffetto during a “sewing” contest with surgical tools Thursday, March 20 at St. Monica School. Dr. McMullan came to the school as part of St. Monica’s STEM career speaker series.
