In memory of Sen. Ted Kennedy

All of us at The Chris Elliott Fund are greatly saddened by Sen. Kennedy’s death. He bravely battled brain cancer with grace and, like the lion, he survived longer than most patients. With his passing, we are reminded that glioblastoma is the deadliest form of brain cancer with a low survival rate.

Sen. Kennedy brought international attention to this often ignored aggressive form of cancer. He put the spotlight on the need for funding to find a brain cancer cure. We extend our deepest sympathy to his loving family.

The Chris Elliott Fund for Glioblastoma Research (CEF) is a non-profit organization that raises awareness and funds specifically aimed at taking on brain cancer. To date, CEF has raised more than $1 million for brain cancer research across the country and provides countless resources, information and support to people living with the disease; www.ChrisElliottFund.org.
