Island Books will host a four-day Mercer Island School District-wide gift card event Dec. 1-4 with 15 percent of sales being donated to the customer’s designated school’s PTA/PTSA.

During the Island Books Gift Card Extravaganza fundraiser, customers can purchase as many gift cards as they like and there is no minimum/maximum dollar amount for each gift card. Private shopping appointments can be made to spend gift cards by calling Island Books to arrange a time.

Customers can purchase gift cards online at https://www.islandbooks.com/island-books-gift-card; in-store from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. weekdays at 3014 78th Ave. SE; by calling 206-232-6920, credit card purchases only; and by emailing orders@islandbooks.com with the number of gift cards and the dollar amounts for each card.

Be sure to mention the school name(s) with each form of ordering to receive fundraising credit for each gift card purchased.
