Pauline Andrews celebrated her 100th birthday at the Mercer Island Community Center on Sunday, Jan. 6. Andrews was surrounded by loving family members from across the country, including her youngest great-grandchild, 5-week-old Elliot Sands. Andrews has lived on the Island for more than 30 years and resides at Covenant Shores. Despite her age, the Islander is “sharp as a tack,” her family says.
