Mercer Island girls lacrosse saw its season end Friday, May 9, as the Islanders lost its first round state tournament matchup to Issaquah 13-5 at Skyline Community Fields in Sammamish.

Hannah Paborsky led Mercer Island in scoring with two goals, with Leah Akins, Holly Waggoner and Leah Paborsky also scoring for the Islanders. In goal, Allesandra Dunbar had nine saves.

The Islanders finished its season 3-2-1 in the Alki League standings and 5-7-2 overall.
