Shoplifting: Subjects bolted from a business without paying for alcohol and other items in the 2900 block of 78th Avenue Southeast.

Vehicle prowls: Catalytic converters were stolen from vehicles in the 4000 block of East Mercer Way.

Robbery: A subject stole a machete from a business, threatened to kill the store employees and fled in a stolen vehicle in the 7700 block of Southeast 27th Street.

Fraud: A business in the 4100 block of 86th Avenue South fell victim to check fraud.

June 1

Theft: A Ring camera caught footage of a porch package theft along with the suspects and a vehicle in the 3600 block of 93rd Avenue Southeast.

May 31

Boat engine explosion: Fuel leaked into the engine department of a boat, which caused a flash explosion on Lake Washington. Several occupants sustained minor injuries.

Traffic accident: A vehicle struck a cyclist in the 4400 block of East Mercer Way. The cyclist was transported to a hospital with moderate injuries.

Marine incident: Marine patrol coordinated with neighboring police agencies to confirm the safe location of a possible boater in distress on Lake Washington.
