Mehta will discuss ‘Rethinking Leadership Development’ at June 20 Rotary meeting

Elizabeth Mehta of Sound Somatics will discuss “Rethinking Leadership Development” at the Rotary Club of Mercer Island’s meeting on June 20 at the Mercer Island Community and Event Center, 8236 SE 24th St. The main meeting begins at 12:30 pm. Guests are always welcome.

Through her work at Sound Somatics, Mehta helps people cultivate embodied leadership. This includes helping people improve their leadership skills and competencies, while also addressing the root issues that can underpin their leadership challenges. Examples of these root issues include stress, emotions and unconscious beliefs held in the body. Her work invites meaningful and lasting leadership growth for her clients. Specific offerings include leadership coaching, embodied leadership trainings for organizations, and a type of bodywork called craniosacral therapy.
